He advised me of what the place is worth snd what it would sell at but left the decision on what to offer to me without pressuring me. He then walked me through the process of closing even with all the new saftey measures due to the pandemic. The mortgage professionals and lawyers he introduced me too were also well versed and worked as a team to get my purchase pushed through. Alex goes above and beyond and I have no problems with recommending him or using his services in the future!
