Elaine as very available and accessible. She was able to accommodate my sporadic schedule. Elaine is very knowledgable and took the time to explain everything to me. As a first time home buyer it was nice to have some one who was very on the ball and looking out for my best interest.

Alex at Royal LePage was an absolute pleasure to work with. Being my first property purchased he took the time to understand my needs and answer any questions I had however trivial with a smile. Alex took me to multiple showings and sometimes even to ones where knew nothing would come of it to give me an idea of what was out there and at what price point. When the pandemic hit, we continued our search using the obvious protections and he was able to show me a beautiful one bed plus den in a great part of town. He advised me of what the place is worth snd what it would sell at but left the decision on what to offer to me without pressuring me. He then walked me through the process of closing even with all the new saftey measures due to the pandemic.
